Are you a Senior Project Manager or Project Director based in the UK with experience on Data Centres & Technology Projects? As the PD on site you will manage all stakeholder engagement, critical path and delivery elements. Group secured all the work needed for 2027 & 2028 and is in a very healthy position that's backed up by the independent research you can do.
Prior experience working for a Main Contractor (Buildings) delivering Data Projects as a Project Manager or Project Director is key. Given the vast amount of coordination and pace needed to succeed, you will have to understand the dynamics of the mission critical environment. You will know outputs, sequencing and risk from past projects. You will have the people skills to build relationships with clients whilst getting the best from your team.
The role will be challenging, stressful and dynamic like any Project Director opportunity but have you got the mindset, people skills and attitude to navigate the right course?
