Our client who is a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor delivering some of the UK's most technically demanding industrial projects.
Working across sectors including energy, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, process engineering, data centres, battery manufacturing and heavy industrial facilities, you'll play a key role in delivering concrete packages on landmark developments nationwide.
As Concrete Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of structural concrete works, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality delivery in fast-paced industrial environments.
You'll coordinate site teams, specialist subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining programme, quality and safety standards expected on complex industrial developments.

About You
You'll have a proven track record supervising reinforced concrete works on large industrial or major engineering projects and understand the standards required to deliver technically complex structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all reinforced concrete activities, including deep foundations, pile caps, ground beams, retaining structures, slabs, walls, columns and suspended concrete structures.
- Coordinate formwork, reinforcement fixing and concrete placement operations.
- Manage specialist subcontractors, labour and plant to maximise productivity.
- Ensure all concrete works are delivered in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, ITPs and quality requirements.
- Work closely with Site Managers, Engineers and Quality teams to achieve programme milestones.
- Lead daily briefings, toolbox talks and safety inspections.
- Monitor concrete quality, curing, testing and inspection processes.
- Maintain accurate site records, permits and quality documentation.
- Identify construction challenges and implement practical solutions to maintain progress.
- Promote a culture where safety, quality and right-first-time delivery are at the forefront of every activity.
