Are you an experienced Blockwork Supervisor looking to work on some of the UK's most prestigious industrial construction projects?
We are working with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor delivering major industrial developments across the UK.
From advanced manufacturing facilities and data centres to energy, pharmaceutical and process engineering projects, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality masonry packages on nationally significant schemes.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all blockwork and masonry activities across major industrial construction projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour and material deliveries to meet programme requirements.
- Ensure all works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor workmanship and carry out regular quality inspections.
- Lead daily briefings, toolbox talks and safety meetings.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.
- Work closely with engineering and project teams to resolve technical and construction issues.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to Site and Project Management.
- Ensure works are completed in line with project programmes and client expectations.
- Maintain accurate site records, inspections and quality documentation.
