We are seeking an Estimator based in Belgium that has handled bids from first principles handling HVAC, MEP & CSA. Our client is seen as a Global Leader within Tech, Data, Research & Industrial Projects.

Reporting into the Pre-construction director you will take ownership of a tender:

  • Handling Budgets vs Cost Plans
  • Speaking to the supply chain
  • Managing the risk register
  • Pro's and con's for suppliers
  • Meaningful input at design and analytical cost stages

You will be joining a Global Business but your key FOCUS will be Belgium & the surrounding areas. The client is in a unique position to negotiate a huge percentage of work due to past performances globally. The role is based full time from the Brussels Office. You will be working in a lean and dynamic team where ideas and inputs won't go unnoticed!

If you have a track record in this arena you could be looking at Bonus incentives of 10-35% of your annual salary. Capable to pull apart a tender, work in a team, collaborate with the supply chain, look at program or look at alternative methods of build.

Following is crucial for our client:

  • Experience in an Estimator / Intermediate capacity in Belgium
  • Seeking to ideally start employment before September 2026
  • Must be based within 50 minute commute to the Brussels office or comfortable to relocate
  • Relevant construction sector experience, able to relate to site teams & clients
  • IT literate with a strong working knowledge of Cost-X, Microsoft Project & Candy
