Senior EHS Advisor - Hyperscale Data Centre | Belgium
We are seeking a proactive character that will work with the supply chain, workforce, labour, subcontractors and end client.
We want a positive glass half full EHS advisor to spread the message, positivity and energy on site.

Working alongside the project team, you will help foster a proactive safety culture while ensuring full compliance with project, client, and legislative Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support the project delivery team on all Environmental, Health & Safety matters
- Carry out daily site inspections, audits, and safety walks
- Review and monitor RAMS, lifting plans & permits to work
- Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and drive initiatives
- Ensure subcontractors comply with standards
- Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement change
- Promote & drive safety initiatives
- Maintain accurate EHS reporting & documentation
Requirements
- NEBOSH General Certificate, NEBOSH Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in an EHS role within the construction industry.
- Previous experience on fast paced projects for Main or Sub-contractor clients
- Hold a permanent career history
- Able to get through the visa requirements
- Can provide references upon request
- Willingness to be based full-time in Belgium.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Confident to convey messages up and downstream.
