International Build & Civil Engineering Contractor with in-house design and build capability handling projects across the UK, Europe, and further afield. Projects range from Data, Life Science, Industrial & Logistics. Company turnover at £750 Million to date. Our client is best described as fast-paced, client-facing, and profitable! Responsibilities
- You will understand cut and fill, base lower surfaces, comparisons, surface analysis, and manage all volume surfaces needed at the pre-construction (BID STAGE).
Essential Requirements
- 3D Civil Software Experience / AutoCAD
- Able to produce calculations and quantities for specific materials needed on site
- Coordinate programs and volumes
- Happy to be based in the Head Office (No remote working)
- Ability to analyze soil reports and produce earthworks plans & programs for large-scale projects
- Strong communication skills and able to present points professionally to key stakeholders
- Your career should have a clear history in this area working for consultants, earthworks sub-contractors, or main contractors.

- You will produce volume counts and designs with an “eye for detail.”
Role is from 8 am to 6 pm, 5 days a week in the HQ. The strongest candidate will be paid a highly competitive package up to £85,000 plus car allowance, annual pay review & bonus, pension & private medical. This client expects a lot as it’s a “work hard play hard” employer, but you can earn circa £100,000 within a few years.
