We’re looking for a CSA Manager to lead the civil, structural, and architectural works on a Major Data Centre project with an International Main Contractor. This role will see you on a technically complex build, ensuring delivery of core construction elements to the highest standards of quality, safety, and programme.
The Role
As CSA Manager, you’ll oversee all structural and architectural packages, from groundworks and concrete frames through to finishes and handover. You’ll coordinate between disciplines, manage subcontractors, and provide strong direction on site to ensure seamless integration with MEP and fit-out works.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing civil, structural, and architectural packages through all phases.
- Overseeing subcontractor performance, programme, and quality of works.
- Coordinating with MEP, commissioning, and wider project teams.
- Driving progress meetings and reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with design specifications, technical standards, and regulations.
- Identifying risks early and implementing solutions to maintain momentum.
- Upholding the highest levels of safety and site discipline.
About You
You have a background in civil or structural engineering, with proven experience managing major packages on large-scale construction projects. You combine strong technical understanding with the ability to make quick, practical decisions on site. Natural leadership, clear communication, and a disciplined approach to delivery are key strengths. You are confident working under pressure, resolving challenges, and keeping teams aligned to demanding schedules.
