Construction Director / Delivery lead based full time in Jamaica. This role is handling 30+ Bridges dotted across the Island. This role is critical in driving the productivity, safety and programme of a Major Civil & Infrastructure scheme.

It will be clear from the CV that you have a track record on Major Projects as a No2 or delivered projects of circa £50-100 Million as a No1. You will have the presence, calmness and ability to forward plan, drive and execute. You will have a clear awareness of Bridges and all associated elements to deliver from drainage, earthworks, piling and structures.

Role:

Working alongside the Project Director acting as the primary driving force for PRODUCTION & Operations across multiple projects. As a key leader in the SLT you will be the go-to point of contact for operations & delivery.

  • Permanent Employment Background having worked for Civil Engineering Main Contractors on relevant Bridges & Infrastructure schemes
  • Ideally JV experience but not essential
