Based on site near Vienna, you will be the Commercial Lead on site handling a β¬100+ Million Project for a Major Tech Client. We are working with a key player in the Data Centre space and they are after a driven Commercial Manager. This role will see your focus on a MW Data Centre, ensuring financial business success. You will have a practical approach to management that allows you to grow a thriving commercial team. You will collaborate with clients & the supply chain to ensure you are across all the commercial activities. This is a great opportunity for someone to grow a Commercial team with a direct line to the Group Commercial Director.

Experience Needed:
- BSc Quantity Surveying
- Based in EU or UK (ideally due to mobilisation and Visaβs)
- Clear experience working on Mission Critical Data projects
- Open to travel is a must
- Experienced in FIDIC & JCT
- 13 Years Post Graduate experience
