We are working with a Major Player within the European Data Centre & Technology market. This Main contractor negotiated this project at single source due to prior project performance and a strong collaborative approach between client & our client the Main Contractor.

Your pure focus will be the commercial success and profitability of this €100 Million plus scheme. Please bear in mind this represents 1/5th the total mega watts and phases they have to roll out on site campus.

Working alongside the Project Director with a dotted line into the Germany Area Commercial Manager and the Operating Officer for Europe.

Do you have major project experience in Europe or are you seeking more career stability from your Data Centre Employer in Germany? This role offers both career growth and financial reward.

Do you hold the people skills and pragmatic approach to management? Can you drive performance and grow the capability of your commercial team on site? Working with a strong supply chain to find wins for all parties on what is a fast track program.

You will need to have a strong commercial awareness and knowledge of all aspects of the Data Centre build from the Civil, Structural and Architectural components.

Your Role:

  • Have an eye for detail on contracts, cost and procurement on site.
  • Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reporting.
  • Protecting the contract and commercial profitability by making swift and precise decisions.
  • Work with the client and be the commercial point of contact for this account in Germany.

Experience Needed:

  • Educational background that lends itself to Quantity Surveying be that a BSc Quantity Surveying or other.
  • Able to relocate and start in Germany before the 1st of February 2026 latest.
  • Based in EU or UK (ideally due to mobilisation and Visas).
  • Ideally experience working on Mission Critical Data projects.
  • Clear exposure working for Main Contractors in a similar fast paced environment on $125 Million type projects.
  • Open to travel is a must.
  • Experienced in FIDIC & JCT.
