This group negotiates high volumes of work across Energy, Transportation and the Technology Sector in both Ireland and Europe.
Group has 20 Years success across UK & Europe but the focus for this role is IRELAND.
Are you a Managing Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager looking to STEP away from the Major PLC Main Contractor.

What we need to see
- Strong communication and management skills
- Solid quantity surveying degree from a reputable university
- A desire to be chartered (SCS)
- Strong Main or Sub-contracting background in the Irish Construction market
Responsibilities range from
- Prepare monthly and final valuations
- Provide necessary information to manage forecast /cashflow
- Place sub-contract orders
- Review contracts and highlight risks
- Manage payments and final accounts
- Motivate, drive and mentor your commercial team
