Commercial Manager Up to £110,000 Benefits: Car Allowance (£11,000), Pension and Bonus (20%) Northern Ireland Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a step up and want to be part of an iconic project? Are you driven and want to make a difference? My client is a well-known Tech Main Contractor who is looking for a driven Quantity Surveyor to split their time between the office and out on site in Northen Ireland. The company are known for projects within Data Centres and Tech Buildings (Pharma /Research). This role will see your focus on a MW Data Centre, ensuring financial business success. You will have a practical approach to management that allows you to grow a thriving commercial team. You will collaborate with clients & the supply chain to ensure you are across all the commercial activities. Your Role: * A focus on financial and project success * A decision maker in a fast-paced environment * Based in the office and on site (Northen Ireland) * Build strong Team and Client Relationships * Travelling to meet business needs Experience Needed: * BSc Quantity Surveying * Experience of working for Main Contractors * Based in EU or UK (Due to mobilisation and Visa’s) * Data Centre project experience ideally * Open to travel * Chartered Status ideally * A driven character with a thirst for success Benefits: * Up to £110,000 per annum * Bonus 20% * Car Allowance & fuel paid * Accommodation provided if needed
