The reality of this role means handling project reviews, guidance and client engagement for what is a 3.1 Billion AED portfolio. Projects ranging from Hotels, Industrial, High-Rise Towers & Shopping Malls. The successful candidate will take a key role in the commercial management and guidance for project teams both pre & post contract. This person will have a direct line into the General Manager driving the business. You will have experience of the full lifecycle of major build projects from bid submissions to final account, upstream & downstream claims, providing career mentorship to your Quantity Surveying team and full client engagement.
