Are you a Senior Project Manager or Project Director based in the UK with a clear track record on Distribution & Industrial Warehouses worth £30-80 Million? Due to a major NEW award, this client is after a Project Director to sit on site and lead the team. You will manage client, all stakeholder engagement and manage the critical path, dealing with any risk or variations.
The group is client focused and led by repeat success opposed to one-off wins. This recipe has seen the group go past £650 Million in the UK & Ireland. They have secured all the work needed for 2026 and beyond, negotiating 61% of work at single source over the past 3 months.
You will have a network across the supply chain, clients & external consultants on Industrial Warehouses, Distribution & Retail. This will help you hit the ground running and fall back on past experiences delivering on site for other sizeable Industrial schemes.
This employer will only engage with candidates that can start before the 1st of February 2026 and that have clear experience in this area of fast track steel warehouses. You will know outputs, sequencing and risk from past projects. You will have the people skills to build relationships with clients whilst getting the best from your team.
You will be reporting into the Construction Director for this scheme as it is a landmark project of HIGH importance. Yes, the role will be challenging, stressful and dynamic like any Project Director opportunity but have you got the mindset, people skills and attitude to sail the rough seas so to speak?

Package for the right person:
- Competitive Basic Salary UP TO £155,000 for exceptional candidates

- Bonus – If targets hit can be up to 20-30% of Annual Salary
