We are recruiting an experienced Roofing & Cladding Supervisor / Construction Manager to join one of the UK's largest industrial construction projects.

This role will see you take responsibility for delivering the external envelope package across multiple buildings, ensuring works are completed safely, to programme and to the highest quality standards.

The Role

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of specialist roofing and cladding subcontractors, coordinating installation activities while ensuring programme milestones are achieved.

Working alongside package managers, engineering and logistics teams, you'll ensure the building envelope is delivered efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise all roofing and cladding activities across your allocated areas.
  • Manage specialist subcontractors and daily work fronts.
  • Coordinate deliveries, materials and access requirements.
  • Monitor installation quality and ensure works meet specification.
  • Carry out inspections and manage snagging activities.
  • Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times.
  • Coordinate with structural steel, MEP and finishing trades.
  • Attend planning meetings and provide programme updates.
  • Identify and resolve site issues quickly to minimise delays.
  • Support testing, inspections and handover activities.
  • What we're After
  • Proven experience supervising roofing and cladding packages.
  • Background working on large industrial, logistics, commercial or mission critical projects.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Main Contractor experience preferred.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS.
  • CSCS Card.
