This is a hands-on role where clarity, structure, and discipline are essential. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead site operations with authority, focus, and attention to detail.
  • Drive programme delivery and maintain strict quality and safety standards.
  • Motivate and direct multidisciplinary teams to achieve clear goals.

  • Open to travel / staying away
  • Strong leadership skills – decisive, disciplined, and calm under pressure.
  • Excellent communicator, able to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented but with the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Thrives in structured environments and takes accountability for results.
  • Must have: CSCC, SMSTS & First Aid
