In your role, you will handle a range of activities across pre-construction, planning, scheduling and coordination activities. You will report into the 4D Planning Manager & Pre-Construction Manager and take direct ownership for a tender or live project working alongside the SLT.

THE ROLE:
- As the BIM Manager / Coordinator, you will develop project-specific strategies for the use of BIM through design, construction and operations.
- Review contractual agreements relating to BIM and implement legal structures that support a collaborative BIM.
- Develop project-specific model development strategies, programs and communicate risks & challenges you foresee.
- Add input across 3D, 4D & BIM providing project support.
- Coordinate with the supply chain on BIM workshops in relation to the project strategy.
