NSPCC is seeking an Associate Head of Engagement Delivery in the United Kingdom. This role leads planning, delivery and optimisation of multi-channel engagement and fundraising campaigns, overseeing campaign delivery squads and ensuring activity is insight-led and supporter-centric. It also includes inclusive line management and capability building across the team. You will drive campaign performance, collaborate with Engagement and Fundraising colleagues, manage budgets and maintain delivery.
