What is the purpose of the Facilities Assistant? This exciting role is based at our Salford office and is part of the Property Team. The Property Department manages all aspects of the NSPCC’s properties, ensuring offices have high standards of facilities, are properly maintained and comply with legal requirements.
What will I be doing as a Facilities Assistant?
- Be the first point of contact for visitors, staff and volunteers to our Salford office
- Ensure that visitors, staff and volunteers are greeted with a warm and efficient welcome
- Provide administrative support to key stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to prioritise and organise their own workload effectively
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
