What is the purpose of the Salesforce Project Manager role
We are implementing an ambitious Supporter‑Centricity programme to ensure our supporters are heard, valued and their expectations are exceeded.
The technology work includes a Salesforce implementation across Non Profit Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Findock to provide a single supporter view, combining multiple systems, automating and personalising communications and improving the work of supporter‑facing teams.
- What will I be doing as Salesforce Project Manager
- Project managing the successful delivery of Non Profit Cloud, Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud requirements as part of the programme.
- Managing migration from existing systems and changes to processes and systems.
- Managing scope, budget, schedule, risk and quality in an agile delivery framework to a fixed timescale.
- Ensuring there is a clear agreement to the objectives, benefits, required outcomes, business impacts and delivery approach.
What skills do I need?
- Previous experience of similar Salesforce implementations and data migrations.
- A range of project management approaches, waterfall and agile.
- Articulate, commercially astute and dynamic, used to budgeting, negotiating and managing suppliers.
- Experience of working collaboratively with a wide range of technical and business colleagues, suppliers and multiple stakeholders including at board level, to deliver large and successful Salesforce implementations.
- Experience in the Non Profit space and understanding of its unique opportunities and challenges.
- Findock experience would be advantageous.
