NSPCC's Childline Twilight team in Liverpool is recruiting for a part-time role (28 hours). You will work during late and overnight hours, supporting volunteers as they talk to children and young people, and you will respond to contacts to ensure timely, sensitive help when daytime services are not available.
As a Twilight Practitioner you will lead on safeguarding decisions on shift, provide coaching, feedback and training to volunteers, and help maintain a high-quality service.
