Our people are our greatest strength. So, our People team makes sure that we're able to attract and nurture life‑long active, authentic ambassadors who can help us deliver our vital work.
As well as supporting them with any employment related enquiries, building strong policies and processes, we're responsible for creating a positive work environment that allows our people to grow and thrive. We do this by creating an inclusive and wellness‑focused environment where everyone can feel empowered to be their best and recognised for their hard work.

You will also be working with our HR software, updating HR records and completing monthly payroll processing. There will be opportunities for you to get involved in interesting projects throughout the year.
What skills, experience and knowledge does a People Advisor have? Are you well organised with a customer‑focused, questioning approach to your work? Do you have a HR background that demonstrates your ability to advise and coach people managers in a sensitive, solution‑focused way? Can you influence others positively and have strong interpersonal skills? Do you have, or are you working towards, a recognised professional HR qualification? Do you have a working knowledge of employment law, Microsoft Office and computerised HR software?
