NSPCC’s Childline Twilight team in Glasgow is recruiting for a part-time (28hr) Childline Practitioner. You will support peak service hours, respond to contacts, and supervise volunteers during twilight and night shifts, helping thousands of children and young people who need someone to listen.

You will lead on safeguarding decisions, coach volunteers, and ensure a high-quality service, with some home-based days in a 6-week pattern and a 10.5% rota allowance on top of the basic salary.
