Master's level qualification from a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline (systems engineering, international business management) and 10 years post-related experience comprised of:
- Customer Relationship Management and Partnership Development (Minimum 3 years)
- Managing acquisition Planning or its applications in a military or defence organisation
- Lead role in Programme/Project Management in acquisitions and delivery of capabilities (Minimum 5 years)
Proven experience in operating with and influencing senior stakeholders. Proven knowledge and experience of NATO enterprise and multinational military capability development. International exposure and Leadership experience.
NATO's official languages are English and French. The work of this post is mainly conducted in English, therefore fluency in that language is essential and working knowledge of French is desirable.

POST DETAILS
Basic monthly salary: USD 14,453.57, tax free - before insurance and pension contributions. (Definite Tenure) Initial duration of the assignment will be for 3 years. The contract may be renewed, but will not exceed the definite tenure of 9 years.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Qualified redundant NATO civilian candidates of the same grade will be considered in priority. Interviews are expected to be held approximately six weeks after the application closing date. The Talent Acquisition and Development Office shall let you know in due course the outcome of the screening process. Moreover, due to the broad interest in NSPA and the large number of potential candidates, telephone or email enquiries cannot be dealt with. The Agency would appreciate it if addressee countries could provide their support by submitting candidates whose security clearance can be effected (or confirmed) rapidly and who could report for duty as soon as possible after selection.
