This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager based in the South of England. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients and partners, achieving sales targets, and providing strategic input to enhance market presence. On a day-to-day basis, responsibilities include client visits, negotiations, sales reporting, and collaboration with other teams to meet and exceed sales goals.

Focus on growing our flooring brands, an order maker not an order taker. Must have existing contacts in retail and merchants and be able to hit the ground running.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, business development and new account conversion.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and client retention skills.
  • Proficiency in sales planning, performance tracking, and market analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a hybrid working environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of flooring products particularly SPC and wood flooring is preferred.
