As a Vehicle Inspector with Marston Holdings Ltd you will carry out vehicle inspections in line with Transport for London [TfL] Quality Assurance systems.
Inspect Taxis and Private Hire Vehicles to meet TfL licencing criteria
Record inspection findings using PCs and Handheld Computers
Liaise with customers, offering test feedback, advice, and guidance in terms of re-booking and rectifications required
Updating the system with any vehicle changes, damage reports or new documentation
Liaise with colleagues and TfL over policy, procedures, and changes
Close attention to detail, ability to check documentation to ensure it is accurate and check vehicles to ensure they are in line with the licencing rules
Excellent customer service skills
Effective time management and organisational skills
Strong report writing abilities
Full UK Driving License

Hours: Monday - Friday 8.5 hours a day with potential for overtime and weekend working during busy periods
Contract: Full time 42.5 hours per week.
