Role Description:

Location: 77 Marsh Wall, Canary Wharf, London

Salary: ÂŁ28,000 - ÂŁ35,000 (Subject to experience)

Commission: Uncapped (OTE ÂŁ43K - ÂŁ50K)

Business hours: 08:30-17:00

Working days: Monday-Friday

Reporting to the Client Relations Associate Director, in this role you will be responsible for managing and delivering telemarketing campaigns for our existing clients. You will have full responsibility for the services delivered to set client(s) and ensure that our solutions are delivered on schedule and to our client's satisfaction. You will integrate seamlessly and have direct contact with clients while adhering to our values and operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the delivery of our contracted services to the client you are responsible for without compromising on quality.
  • Undertake effective account and client relationship management by nurturing a strong working relationship with key client contacts, decision makers and influencers.
  • Have a deep understanding of the client’s priorities, strategies, and organisation to ensure NOS can add value across the client’s broader organisation.
  • Participate and/or lead client review meetings.
  • Work with the Account Manager to put together an account development plan for each client.
  • Provide accurate weekly and monthly reporting both internally and to your respective client.
  • Population of data on internal CRM to record daily individual and client progress.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and operational policies.

Ideal experience:

  • Outbound/Inbound telesales experience is a MUST.
  • Understanding of B2B sales or client management is advantageous, however, not a must.
  • Knowledge of the commercial real estate is advantageous, however, not a must.
  • Experience of managing SLAs / KPIs and using CRM systems.
  • Experience using MS Office suite - particularly Outlook.
  • This role is best suited for candidates who have previous experience in Recruitment, Media Sales or Estate Agency (Property Lettings).
