The IT Performance Analyst is a hybrid role combining technical, analytical, and administrative skills to support decision making and improve IT service delivery. The analyst plays a key role in coordinating the NS&I IT Senior Leadership Team (IT SLT), facilitating meetings, and maintaining performance reporting processes. They are also responsible for creating dashboards, automating workflows, and producing actionable insights. Strong organisational skills are essential, as the role involves managing reporting schedules, ensuring compliance standards, and supporting stakeholders with tailored information.

This role is ideal for someone with analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills, and experience in using data to drive IT service excellence.

Essential experience:

  • Substantial experience in managing IT governance, reporting and administrative responsibilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and accommodating ad-hoc short notice tasks.

Essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.

Essential skills:

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills to track and monitor complex actions and reports.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The applicant must be able to understand and use technical terminology confidently, while also translating complex concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical stakeholders.

Essential technical knowledge:

  • Experience in using tools for task tracking and report preparation (e.g., MS Teams Planner, MS Planner, Excel, MS PPT, MS Co-Pilot).
