The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of multiple projects – overseeing everything from design collaboration to installation and handover. You’ll manage customer relationships, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring every project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle from order to completion
- Translate customer needs into practical, efficient solutions
- Procure materials, labour and plant and coordinate multiple contractors
- Produce work programmes and H&S documentation (CDM compliance)
- Kick off and monitor projects with regular site inspections and customer liaison
- Monitor progress, budgets, risks, and opportunities
- Cultivate additional sales opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Based in the Northwest
- Experience in racking, mezzanines, internal fit-outs, or related sectors (e.g. MHE, construction)
- 3+ years of project management experience, highly organised and technically literate
- Strong negotiation, organisation, and communication skills
- Understanding of contract conditions and H&S legislation
- A customer-focused mindset and passion for delivering great results
