A team of around 30 integration specialists builds and maintains our library of 1,000+ carrier connections, while a dedicated carrier partnerships team manages the commercial and operational relationship with carriers themselves. This role brings both functions together under one leader, giving nShift a single point of accountability for carrier integrations, carrier relationships, and the AI-driven transformation of how that work gets done.Overall ResponsibilityThe Director of Carrier Integrations & Partnerships will lead the full carrier organisation and report to the Chief Customer Officer.
