About the Role
nShift is looking for an Enterprise Demand Generation Manager to build and run digital‑first campaigns that generate qualified pipeline from high‑value enterprise accounts. This is a demand‑first role focused on target accounts, digital campaign execution, conversion, sales follow‑up, AI‑enabled campaign workflows, and pipeline impact.
What you will do:
- Work with enterprise account management and marketing across growth, regional and product marketing to plan and execute integrated enterprise campaigns.
- Build enterprise campaigns across paid digital, email, webinars, landing pages, nurture, social, content, and events.
- Create account‑based digital campaign plays for priority accounts, regions, products, and verticals.
- Use Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Sprinklr, and AI tools to target, execute, personalize, and optimize campaigns.
- Improve conversion across landing pages, forms, nurture journeys, paid campaigns, and follow‑up.
- Work closely with sales and BDRs to turn digital engagement into meetings and opportunities.
- Use AI to accelerate campaign planning, personalization, reporting, content repurposing, and sales enablement.
- Report on engagement, MQLs, meetings, opportunities, pipeline, ROI, and digital conversion performance.
