We are seeking an experienced ERP Transformation Project Manager to lead the replacement of our existing business management systems within a ~600-person engineering organisation. The role will lead the programme from current-state assessment and requirements definition, through ERP selection, implementation and business adoption, acting as the client-side lead and managing consultants and vendors.
Essential experience:
- Proven end-to-end ERP/BMS transformation
- Integration of finance, procurement, project controls, timesheets/resource management and reporting
- Strong requirements, vendor-selection and implementation experience
- Excellent senior stakeholder/change management skills
Experience within engineering, professional services, nuclear or another regulated/project-based environment is strongly preferred. This is a business transformation role, not simply an IT project management role.
