Central and East Suffolk Youth are looking for an extremely professional, conscientious, calm and confident individual to be a Clinical Team Administrator.
This role will be supporting the Clinical Team across 2 Youth (18-24 year olds) teams and the successful applicant will need to work at each of the 2 locations. This position involves working closely with professionals and the general public. This role will offer a wide a varied number of tasks.
Main duties of the job
- Previous administration experience is essential.
- Full training will be given for this role.
- You will need to be able to demonstrate the strength of your communication, prioritisation and administration skills at the same time as showcasing your knowledge of IT systems.
- You will be able to evidence a flexible response to service needs and the ability to think creatively.
- Experience of working to deadlines, on your own initiative and maintaining strict confidentiality are also essential.
- Use of ICT applications/packages.
- Experience of working in a busy office.
- Dealing efficiently and politely with both internal and external customers in a confidential and confident manner.
- Professional exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with a dedication to confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications
- Pitman / RSA III Typing / Word Processing or equivalent secretarial experience at intermediate level
- NVQ 3 Business Administration or equivalent or working towards.
- Knowledge of Trust electronic record system
Knowledge
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages or equivalent
- Maintaining administrative / secretarial systems
- Knowledge of NHS policy and procedures
Other
- Able to work flexibly across a range of different sites/offices
