We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Senior PWP to join our busy and high-volume service in Norfolk and Waveney.

You’ll work in a large Senior PWP team supporting PWPs providing a range of NICE-approved psychosocial interventions for people aged 16 and upwards.

You’ll need to be passionate about providing an excellent client experience, committed to high standards of care, and making a difference to service users.

This post is an excellent opportunity for an existing Senior PWP or a qualified PWP looking to develop.

The role is demanding and challenging but well-supported and rewarding.

Regular travel to and around Norfolk is expected. Your contractual base will be at our hub at Breckland Business Centre in Dereham.

The role involves providing regular case management supervision and clinical skills training (group) to qualified and trainee PWPs to ensure the quality of the service at Step 2 is maintained and that PWPs develop their clinical skills. The post holder will assist in developing the Low Intensity part of the service under the direction of our Lead PWP and help the service achieve its key performance indicators. The role also includes managing a small caseload of clients and delivering clinical interventions for up to one day per week.

The post-holder should demonstrate experience in high-volume, evidence-based practice in guided self-help via telephone and other delivery methods, and be capable of leading others in a challenging environment.
