NSFT invites applications for a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Older Persons Crisis Care to join the Intensive Older Persons Community Team in Central Norfolk. You will lead clinically, triage, and provide prescribing in Older Persons Mental Health to support admission avoidance and home treatment.
You will be supported with regular supervision and opportunities to work with a wide MDT, including psychology, in a role focused on transformation and improving patient care.
