Responsibilities
- Provide management oversight of a rolling schedule of internal and external Quality and Safety Reviews, including scheduling, recruitment to review panels, supporting the QSR process, and accurate and timely reporting.
- Participate in QSRs.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of various information and produce detailed, accurate reports through the Trust governance framework as required.
- Attend and regularly assist the complex care panel in decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Governance Lead (QSRs and Regulation) on the continuous review and improvement of QSR processes.
- Travel independently to review clinical teams across the country, with required overnight stays due to distance.
- Have good knowledge and experience of quality monitoring and inspecting mental health inpatient services.
