The predicted salary is between 38616 - 46141 £ per year.

This is an exciting and rare opportunity to be part of a 1-year pilot providing care to people experiencing homelessness in South Norfolk & Broadland. The role will be part of the Inclusion Health and Homelessness Team (IHHT) working alongside South Norfolk and Broadland District Council.

We are looking for a creative, innovative practitioner with excellent interpersonal skills. You will be supporting people who are often unable to access mainstream services and require a flexible, proactive, and holistic approach in order to overcome these barriers. Training and support will be provided as part of the role.

The Inclusion Health and Homelessness Adult Mental Health Team are looking to employ an enthusiastic and motivated Band 6 Mental Health Nurse for 0.6 part-time hours.
