We are really excited to recruit for the role of Medical HR Administrator. Great ambition requires great staff. We are looking for someone who is creative, able to manage the demands of multiple teams and stakeholders, and has experience of working within an HR or Recruitment function. This is a part‑time role based at either our Norwich or Ipswich office, with flexibility to combine home and office work.
We have a responsibility to the applicant and to the hiring manager; therefore we strive to provide a high level of customer service. This role will involve interaction and communication with others. As the first point of contact with the Trust, you must demonstrate excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
Medical Staffing is the team that supports our medical workforce of around 300 doctors. The team offers support from recruitment throughout the period of employment. Ideally, experience of medical terms and conditions is desirable, but we recognise these niche skills and are open to transferable skills such as being organised, methodical and proactive.
The team is committed to offering the best possible experience for our doctors, which requires collaboration with other teams and the wider Trust. This role provides a great opportunity to learn about medical staffing and payroll processes, employment terms and conditions, and acquire essential administration skills. We expect you to share our passion for achieving excellence.
