We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Digital Training Specialists to join our New Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programme. The successful candidates will be responsible for the successful implementation of major and complex projects that are key elements of the Trust's vision, values, and strategy. This role involves engaging a wide range of stakeholders and ensuring effective coordination with other interdependent work‐streams, projects, and programmes.

You will be based at County Hall, Norwich with travel to other Trust sites where necessary. The post-holder will sit within the business‐as‐usual organisational structure to provide a consistent, creative and professional digital training service to end users for any digital systems or services supporting the business of the Trust and external customers, including Microsoft applications and clinical system software. This will include the delivery of training in classroom and online environments and other blended ways as appropriate.

To encourage the accurate and timely recording of clinical data throughout and to promote good practice in providing a confidential service in accordance with the Data Protection Act and having knowledge of process flows and care pathways within the community which will incorporate national and local standards.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the delivery and the development and coordination of digital skills/application training, providing an effective delivery of digital training that meets both national and local requirements across the Health Community.
