We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our Clinical Transformation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of major and complex projects that are key to our Trust’s vision, values, and strategy. This role involves engaging with a wide range of stakeholders and ensuring effective coordination with other interdependent work-streams, projects, and programmes. You will be based at County Hall, Norwich with travel to other Trust sites where necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver complex projects to ensure both short and long‑term benefits for the organisation.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyse and interpret complex information and data to make informed decisions.
  • Plan and manage projects, monitor key milestones and outcomes, and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Lead and support service development, identifying changes and implementing processes and policies.
  • Undertake budget holder responsibilities and ensure projects are delivered within agreed budget tolerance.
  • Line management responsibilities, including appraisals, training, and recruitment.
