NSFT is seeking compassionate, resilient individuals to join the Initial Response Service (IRS), a centralised triage-led function for urgent mental health referrals. The role operates on a 24/7 rotating shift pattern from the Norwich office, following a two-week cycle with 3 shifts in week one and 4 shifts in week two.
You will engage with distressed individuals, providing reassurance and clear information, while working closely with clinical teams to ensure the right care is delivered.
