The Trust is seeking a tenacious, confident, and adaptable individual who is naturally curious and has excellent organisational, engagement, and communication skills. You will be comfortable working independently and as part of a dynamic, creative, and motivated team.
This is a unique and rewarding role that operates across the entire Trust, with key responsibilities including:
- Performance standards and management
- Policy development
- Quality reporting
- Clinical leadership
- Collaboration with external stakeholders
Please note: This role is a 18.75 hour job share.
Key responsibilities include:
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver a broad range of quality assurance activities
- Use data and insight to provide assurance on service quality and identify improvement priorities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance health outcomes, patient safety, and overall experience
- Provide expert guidance and support across all departments within the Trust
- Ensure the Trust can demonstrate high standards of care and provide assurance to internal and external stakeholders
You will have the authority and autonomy to:
- Monitor and review the quality of services across the Trust
- Intervene where necessary to protect patient care and safety
