The predicted salary is between 42000 - 44962 £ per year.

You will be a registered health professional (RMN, Dip SW, Dip OT or equivalent) with:

  • Significant experience in mental health practice and multi‑disciplinary team working.
  • Evidence of service development and leadership within a mental health setting.
  • Excellent communication, assessment, and decision‑making skills.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
  • The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, upholding the Trust’s values.
  • The ability to mentor students, upholding all our codes of practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe, effective, person‑centred care is delivered.
  • Oversee caseload management and service delivery standards.
  • Monitor clinical practice and ensure adherence to guidelines and policies.
  • Respond to incidents, complaints, and safeguarding concerns.
  • Manage day‑to‑day running of the service.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, and outcomes.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Coordinate rotas, cover arrangements, and service capacity.
