We are looking for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team caring for adult inpatients on inpatient wards.
Responsibilities
- Provide holistic care to patients, involving carers and relatives.
- Adapt quickly to changing situations and deliver high quality care.
- Support service users in their recovery journey.
- Day to day shift running, medicine management, attend MDTs, ward reviews.
