Mental Health Nurse Band 5 - Northgate Ward

NSFT Trust, Bury St Edmunds, England

We are looking for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team caring for adult inpatients on inpatient wards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide holistic care to patients, involving carers and relatives.
  • Adapt quickly to changing situations and deliver high quality care.
  • Support service users in their recovery journey.
  • Day to day shift running, medicine management, attend MDTs, ward reviews.

Qualifications

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse.
