Location: King's Lynn, England, United Kingdom. Hybrid working with a warm welcome to work creatively with children and young people across both the Community CAMHS and Youth Teams in Kings Lynn, West Norfolk. We are a multi-disciplinary team promoting positive mental health and providing treatment interventions for children and young people aged 0-25. We strive to be dynamic and creative and are dedicated mental health professionals, focusing on the needs of young people and providing a needs-led approach. Responsibilities
- Work with children and young people (ideally within the mental health field) and support their wellbeing and mental health.
- Demonstrate qualities such as passion, resilience, empathy, strong communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage risk.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide treatment interventions for children and young people aged 0-25.
- Contribute to a dynamic and creative service that supports growth and learning within the team.
- Adopt a needs-led approach to care and work to support young people in achieving their goals.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Experience of working with children and young people (ideally within the mental health field).
- Strong communication skills, empathy, resilience, and teamwork.
- Flexibility and ability to manage risk as part of a supportive care team.
