NSFT invites applications for the Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse role within the West Norfolk CMHT. You will provide specialist assessment, care planning, treatment and care coordination for adults with severe and enduring mental health needs in the local community.
The post is open to Band 6s or Band 5s who have completed their preceptorship. You will work in a multidisciplinary team, deliver recovery‑focused care, maintain records and contribute to safeguarding and service development
