We are looking for an experienced and motivated Band 6 Senior Community Learning Disability/Mental Health Nurse to join our Community Learning Disability and Autism. This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse seeking to develop their clinical leadership skills while delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex learning disability and mental health needs.
The successful candidate will provide specialist assessments, care coordination, risk management, and evidence-based interventions, working closely with service users, families, carers, and partner agencies. They will also support junior staff through supervision and contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.

As a Band 6 Senior Community Learning Disability/Mental Health Nurse, you will provide specialist assessment, care coordination, risk management, and therapeutic interventions for individuals with complex learning disability and mental health needs within the community. We are committed to supporting your professional development through leadership programmes, clinical supervision, mentorship, and opportunities to undertake recognised qualifications and specialist training.
