Our Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) Team based in Great Yarmouth is looking for an energised Community Team Manager to join the existing team on a permanent, full‑time basis (37.5 hours per week). The EIP service supports people experiencing a first episode of psychosis across Norfolk and Waveney, typically working with them for up to three years.

The manager will oversee a multidisciplinary team of registered nurses, vocational workers, psychologists, clinical nurse specialists and dedicated admin staff, and may take on a small caseload if desired.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective delivery of care.
  • Support staff development and performance, providing coaching and safeguarding oversight.
  • Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
  • Make decisions and support junior team members in their clinical work.
  • Communicate professionally with service users, carers and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in clinical and organizational development, and attend monthly CPD sessions.
