NSFT is recruiting a Primary Care Based Lead Mental Health Practitioner to work across GP practices within Kings Lynn PCN in West Norfolk.
This NHS role is funded via ARRS and aims to provide timely mental health support in the familiar setting of GP practices, embedded within a multidisciplinary primary care team delivering non-urgent mental health assessments and brief interventions for patients aged 16+.
