Responsibilities

  • Do food safety checks at client sites
  • Train and coach staff while on-site - we're compliance-seekers not fault-finders
  • Write up inspection results and share with client managers
  • Collect samples and send them to labs for testing
  • Plan your inspections to meet deadlines
  • Keep in touch with your team and client contacts
  • Jump in on other tasks when needed

Qualifications

  • Level 4 qualifications in Food Safety and Health & Safety
  • A degree in Environmental Health (or similar), a big plus
  • Able to carry out audits in Food, Health & Safety, and Fire
  • Can train safety advisors if needed
  • Being registered with CIEH or IOSH, a big plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have a full UK driving license
  • Ready and willing to travel
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and our easy-to-use tools
